After three months of not being in his home town, Lloyd Bannings returns in an effort to follow in the footsteps of his deceased brother’s footsteps , and become a member of an organization called the Crossbell Police Department. Lloyd arrives and discovers they have assigned him to the Special Support Section. This is a division which handles little and odd-looking requests. His new team comprises Elie MacDowell (granddaughter of the mayor); Randy Orlando (ex-soldier who is womanizing) along with Tio Plato (young tech genius).
Lloyd and his colleagues continue their struggle for a better city, even if the department they work for is criticized by the media. While doing so, however, they slowly come face-to-face with the criminal corruption that has taken over the city. They don’t realize how far the shadows from Crossbell City reach…
